Supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.

##### Key responsibilities

Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team, supporting the technical implementation of commission programs

Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic and code for commission calculations

Collaborate with stakeholders to support commission plan execution and address questions related to commission calculations

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

At least 2 years of SQL experience is required

Preferred experience with Python and exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance

Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project scopes
