Complex Care Support Worker

We are recruiting care professionals to be part of a team supporting 2 young ladies to live as independently and safely as possible.

We are looking for people who can give support including the following

Wheelchair users and use specialist/moulded seating.

Require hoisting and support with moving and handling.

Require support with personal care.

Are PEG fed and require PEG feeding and associated care.

Experience seizures and require appropriate seizure monitoring and management.

Communicate non-verbally in their own individual ways.

Support staff who are a good communicators and enjoy crafts, music and day trips as the ladies like to attend many clubs and activities.

We have full-time and part-time roles available, Days, Wake night and Sleep nights. The shift mainly are 12 hour in one location with work available 7 days per week.

We provide a comprehensive training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and are passionate about empowering people to live their lives to the full.
