  • Delivering proactive, professional and customer-focused administrative support to the wider Estates & Facilities Services team.
  • Supporting internal communications, including intranet updates, information sharing and responding to enquiries from colleagues across the Force.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate

Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high levels of accuracy.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

A proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

An understanding of governance, compliance, audit or risk management principles would be desirable but is not essential.

Awareness of basic Health & Safety principles.
