Job Description
Working remotely in the state of Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to dog and litter registrations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resource utilization.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
Educate customers on registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs
Utilize multiple software applications efficiently to resolve customer inquiries and maintain professional communication
##### Required qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and solving customer issues
Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
