Job Description
To support the IHA Scheduling Team, the full-time remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits while ensuring excellent customer service and engagement.
##### Key Responsibilities
Answering or making calls to members to book appointments for no-cost In-home Health Assessments
Responding efficiently to customer needs, complaints, and service issues while providing support and solutions
Building lasting relationships with customers and team members, striving to meet or exceed call center metrics
##### Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
Experience in an outbound sales process is a plus
Proficiency in various software and data entry, including MS Office
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute; 60 words per minute preferred
Strong attendance record and ability to work flexible hours between 6 am PST - 6 pm PST, Monday through Friday
