Coordinator, Contingent Compensation (Royalties)

At Netflix, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Coordinator, Contingent Compensation (Royalties) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate administration of contingent compensation (royalty) and residual payments. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and self-starting individual, who can work independently and collaboratively with colleagues. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a similar role. Experience with royalty and residual payment processing, as well as knowledge of domestic and international copyright laws, are also essential. You should have excellent analytical skills, be highly organized, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
