Job Description

This is a **hybrid role**, with **2–3 days per week in our Bracknell office (RG12)**.

Due to this, applicants must be **within a reasonable commuting distance** of Bracknell.

**A flavour of what you’ll actually do:**

This role is all about bringing words to life.

You’ll write, proof, and craft content that sounds human (because they are written by a human!!) creating LinkedIn articles, blogs, reports, newsletters and more that make brands feel authentic and alive. You’ll get stuck in across every corner of content - from copy and creative to email automation and SEO - learning fast, collaborating even faster, and shaping stories that actually stick.

  • Write long-form LinkedIn articles, blogs and newsletters, for clients and for us
  • Proof, polish and perfect content, capturing different tones of voice while keeping every word authentic
  • Support personal branding for recruiters and leaders (think: profile write-ups, thought leadership articles, newsletters)
  • Craft case studies, one-pagers and web copy that bring brand stories to life
  • Collaborate with our PPC and automation partners – help write ads, email copy and landing pages
  • Optimise web pages for SEO (we’ll train you – you just need the curiosity)
  • Liaise directly with clients and recruiters – build relationships, understand their voice, make their message sing
  • Help maintain our content library (newsletters, eBooks, templates and other value-add pieces)
  • Be a creative sounding board! Bounce ideas, spot opportunities, and help evolve how we tell stories
  • You’ll get exposure to the full marketing mix - writing, branding, automation, SEO and PPC - but your foundation will always be words that work.

**Love at first sight if you:**

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing or a related subject
  • A genuine love of writing, for multiple brands, in multiple voices
  • Sharp proofing skills and obsessive attention to detail
  • Curiosity for how words perform, you like seeing results, not just writing headlines
  • Confidence speaking with clients and colleagues alike
  • A self-starting attitude. Curious, creative, collaborative - but able to work autonomously.

**We’re putting a ring on it if you also have:**

  • Experience or understanding of the recruitment staffing industry
  • Experience with building content for International markets
  • Personal brand knowledge/experience
  • An eagerness to learn more about SEO, PPC and email automation
