##### Key responsibilities

Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close

Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks as needed

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields

Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management

Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities effectively
