Driving M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project tasks, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

##### Key responsibilities

Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close

Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks early

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation, including developing deal models and investment committee materials

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management

Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis

Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
