The full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close

Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management

Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis

Execution-oriented with strong project management capabilities and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
