To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

##### Key responsibilities

Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close

Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks early

Conduct financial analysis to support valuation and develop deal models, ensuring timely management of data room requests and transaction documentation

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Experience in project management and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems
