Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close

Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles

Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in CRM systems and document management, with a proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
