Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment based in Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close

Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and escalating risks as needed

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, ensuring timely management of data room requests and documentation

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Experience with project management and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Proficiency in CRM systems and document management tools
