Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning in a hybrid work environment based in Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking

Oversee financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and investment committee materials, while managing data room requests and documentation

Coordinate closing processes and post-close integration planning to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or other deal execution roles

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and drive stakeholders to meet deadlines

Experience with CRMs, data rooms, and document management systems
