Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment based in Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close

Lead due diligence efforts, including building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles

Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and document management

Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
