Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

##### Key responsibilities

Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close

Lead diligence efforts by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles

Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management

Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
