Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

##### Key responsibilities

Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking from LOI through close

Lead diligence efforts by managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models while managing data room requests and transaction documentation

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles focused on deal execution

Strong financial modeling skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRMs and data rooms

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Clear communication skills to interface effectively with executives, operators, and external advisors
