Working remotely with occasional in-person requirements, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

##### Key responsibilities

Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking diligence from LOI through close

Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks as necessary

Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and investment committee materials, while managing data room requests and transaction documentation

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in CRM systems and document management, with a proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
