Supporting the Enterprise China Management team, the full-time Corporate Governance Manager will manage corporate governance processes, develop executive communications, and coordinate government engagement activities while contributing to strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Manage and run corporate governance processes, ensuring high-quality materials for senior management and Board-level audiences

Develop clear, executive-ready communications and presentations with strong storytelling

Coordinate government and regulatory engagement activities, including tracking policy developments

##### Required qualifications

5-8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or governance within a global organization

Exceptional ability to develop executive-ready materials and articulate complex ideas

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations

Bachelor's degree is required

Comfort with technology and interest in AI and emerging tools
