At Bupa, we're passionate about helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives. We're looking for an experienced Corporate Marketing Manager to join our UK Insurance Marketing team and play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention and growth across our Corporate customer base.

What you'll be doing

Own and deliver the Corporate customer marketing strategy.

Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive retention, engagement and account growth.

Lead account-based marketing (ABM) activity across key customer accounts.

Work closely with Sales, Client Management, Product and Commercial teams to maximise customer value.

Use customer insight, data and market trends to shape marketing activity and identify growth opportunities.

Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals.

Manage marketing budgets, performance reporting and continuous improvement activity.

What we're looking for

Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, insurance, financial services or another regulated industry.

Proven experience delivering customer marketing and account-based marketing programmes.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.

Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation and customer data to drive decision-making.

Comfortable working in a complex, matrix environment.

Previous experience leading and developing teams.
