Are you an experienced leader passionate about driving excellence in corporate services? We are looking for an energetic, process-driven Corporate Services Manager based in Christchurch to oversee our office and branch activity in the region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality corporate services, supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. As a Corporate Services Manager, you’ll champion collaboration, streamline processes, and embed consistent standards across administration, facilities and event management, and support services.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while fostering a culture of service excellence. With a proactive mindset and strong leadership skills, you’ll manage a dynamic team, implement new systems and technologies, and drive better outcomes across the organisation. Your ability to build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders will be key to delivering results aligned with strategic goals.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team across corporate service functions
  • Oversee operations for Christchurch office and branch activity (Dunedin & Queenstown)
  • Drive process improvements and implement new technologies
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with Health & Safety standards.

With a strong operational mindset and a collaborative approach, you bring a track record of driving efficiency, consistency, and service excellence across multiple functions.

Your ability to communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and lead with empathy makes you a trusted partner across the organisation. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and supporting teams across regional locations.
