To support the West Region Transportation Marketing Business Line Team, the full-time Creative Design Specialist will perform creative and graphic design tasks, utilizing a variety of design software to create digital and print materials while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Deliver a range of creative outputs that effectively convey messages and capture audience attention

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coach junior designers to enhance project outcomes

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, preferably in the Architectural/Engineering & Construction industry

Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word

Strong ability to work directly with clients and manage stakeholder expectations

Experience in creating various digital and print media, including proposals and marketing collateral
