Supporting the West Region Transportation Marketing Business Line Team, the full-time Creative Design Specialist III will perform creative and graphic design tasks, utilizing a variety of design software to create engaging digital and printed media while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Perform creative and graphic design tasks to deliver visually compelling outputs that align with brand guidelines

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality assurance and brand compliance while mentoring less experienced team members

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and project manage complex proposals and marketing materials

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, preferably in the Architectural/Engineering & Construction industry

Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients

Experience managing visual challenges and collaborating with internal stakeholders
