Supporting the West Region Transportation Marketing Business Line Team, the full-time Creative Design Specialist will perform creative and graphic design tasks, utilizing various design software to create engaging digital and print materials, while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Perform graphic design tasks to create digital layouts, web graphics, and proposals that effectively convey messages to target audiences

Review and manage visual layouts from junior team members, ensuring brand compliance and quality assurance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects and deliver compelling media outputs

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, preferably in the Architectural/Engineering & Construction industry

Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)

Strong ability to work directly with clients and manage expectations

Experience in creating branded visual design layouts and managing project deadlines
