To support the West Region Transportation Marketing Business Line Team, the full-time Creative Design Specialist will perform creative and graphic design tasks, utilizing a variety of design software to create digital and print materials, while working in a flexible hybrid environment that includes both remote and onsite scheduling.

##### Key responsibilities

Creates visually compelling designs across various media, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines

Manages multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with internal stakeholders and coaching junior designers

Reviews and critiques visual layouts from less experienced team members, providing guidance on quality and brand compliance

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, preferably within the Architectural/Engineering & Construction industry

Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients

Experience in managing visual challenges and stakeholder relationships effectively
