To support the West Region Transportation Marketing Business Line Team, the full-time Creative Design Specialist will perform creative and graphic design tasks, utilizing a mix of design software to create various digital and printed outputs, while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Develops branded visual design layouts and manages multiple projects to meet deadlines

Reviews and provides guidance on visual layouts created by junior team members to ensure brand compliance

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals and marketing materials

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills, preferably within the Architectural/Engineering & Construction industry

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong client interaction skills

Experience managing projects and mentoring less experienced designers
