To support a high-volume Centralized Verification Office, the full-time remote Credentialing Specialist will manage the initial credentialing of providers for hospital membership and privileges, ensuring compliance with industry requirements while working with a dynamic team across multiple states.

##### Key responsibilities

Perform credentialing processes in a timely and complete manner

Acquire necessary materials and information through analysis and follow-up with various stakeholders

Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in the credentialing database

##### Required qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent knowledge of business and/or healthcare

Three years of credentialing and/or process management experience

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and extensive knowledge of credentialing procedures

Experience interacting with physicians and healthcare professionals

Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data entry and computer applications
