Working remotely, the full-time Customer Invoicing Specialist will manage customer invoicing for large accounts, assist in account collections, and resolve billing disputes while ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams.

##### Key responsibilities

Demonstrate effective negotiation techniques with customers to address rate pushback and discounts

Reconcile internal and external systems to ensure all outstanding invoices are submitted accurately

Act as the main point of contact for specialized invoicing requests and assist in accounts receivable collections

##### Required qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required

At least 2 years of experience in Customer Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections

Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced skills preferred

Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required

Oil and gas billing experience is strongly preferred
