Working remotely, the full-time Customer Invoicing Specialist will manage customer invoicing for large accounts, assist in account collections, and resolve billing disputes while establishing effective relationships with clients.

##### Key responsibilities

Demonstrate effective negotiation techniques with customers regarding invoicing and discounts

Reconcile internal and external systems to ensure all outstanding invoices are submitted to customers

Act as the main point of contact for specialized invoicing requests and develop associated processes

##### Required qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience required

At least 2 years of experience in Customer Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections

Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced skills preferred

Experience in oil and gas billing strongly preferred

Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required
