Job Description
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will ensure timely and courteous resolution of customer inquiries while documenting detailed information and striving for first-time resolution whenever possible.
##### Key responsibilities
Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, utilizing business English and maintaining accurate electronic notes
Interact directly with customers to resolve issues related to health insurance products and services, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines
Develop expertise in benefits and eligibility for health insurance plans, providing superior customer service through effective problem-solving and complaint resolution
##### Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of experience in a specialized customer service environment, or two years of college coursework plus one year of relevant experience
Ability to pass the company proficiency test: Customer Service Assessment
Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to work independently
Organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
