Job Description
To ensure timely and courteous resolution of customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage communications, document interactions, and provide support on health insurance products while striving for first contact resolution.
##### Key responsibilities
Communicate clearly and concisely with customers to resolve inquiries related to health insurance products
Document detailed information from customer interactions in compliance with company standards and HIPAA guidelines
Utilize product knowledge to address and resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining professionalism at all times
##### Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years' experience in a specialized customer service environment or two years of college coursework plus one year of relevant experience
Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems
Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy
Must pass company proficiency test: Customer Service Assessment
