Providing essential support to applicants and beneficiaries, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program, ensuring accurate documentation and information delivery while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in a web-based system
Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program policies and provide clear, objective information to clients
##### Required qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Basic understanding of a call center environment and quality monitoring processes
Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
Capability to problem-solve through analysis and feedback
Background and drug screening required
