Customer Service Representative

Ampelite (NZ) Limited is a privately-owned family company specialising in the manufacture and supply of roofing and building related products and services to building merchants, big box DIY retailers and associated customers.

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and work a guaranteed minimum hours of 42.5 per week.

This is a great role for a person who wants a bit of variety and is willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Duties & responsibilities will include

Help our customers with placing orders, product and order delivery information.

Work with our Warehouse Supervisor to plan the delivery our customers requirements.

* Process customer orders and credits from receipt of order through to invoicing.

The successful applicant will have a strong passion for customer service, a minimum work experience of 2-3 years in customer service and delivery planning as well as outstanding communication and writing skills, excellent computer abilities, an eye for detail and a can-do attitude.

You will need to be passionate about the building supplies industry, motivated team player who can build strong relationships with our customers.
