Job Description
To support a seasonal call center team, the full-time Global Wholesale Partner Support Agent will assist partners with reservation modifications, cancellations, and inquiries while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Book, modify, and cancel tour operator and partner bookings while ensuring accuracy
Provide guidance and troubleshooting for partners using the Vail Resorts Partner Portal
Engage in first-phase problem resolution for partner and tour operator complaints
##### Required qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous hospitality experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor
