Job Description
As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while working in a hybrid environment in Columbia, MO.
##### Key Responsibilities
Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating across the organization and implementing statistical findings
Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing financial reports related to labor capitalization
##### Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
Basic understanding of data management and analysis
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
