Job Description
As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, preparing and analyzing people-related financial data
##### Required qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
Basic understanding of data management and analysis
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
