Job Description
As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various teams across the organization
Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening
Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports, while gaining hands-on experience with data analytics tools
##### Required qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
Basic understanding of data management and analysis
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
