Job Description
Seeking a full-time Data Analyst - People, the successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, focusing on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, while extracting actionable insights from workforce intelligence and financial data.
##### Key responsibilities
Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various teams
Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap across multiple projects
Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis of financial data
##### Required qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred
Basic understanding of data management and analysis
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
