Job Description
As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will focus on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, extracting actionable insights from data related to workforce intelligence and financial themes, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.
##### Key Responsibilities
Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
Engage in various People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing people-related financial data for analysis
##### Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field relevant to People Analytics
Proficiency in Python or R; SQL experience is preferred
Basic understanding of data management and analysis
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
