Job Description
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will focus on shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis of people-related financial data
##### Required qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
Basic understanding of data management and analysis
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
