Job Description
To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce data, focusing on staffing models and leader development while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders
Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
Engage in hands-on People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and financial data analysis related to labor capitalization
##### Required qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred
A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred
Basic understanding of data management and analysis techniques
Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
