Leading the development of an internal data platform, the full-time remote Data Engineer will integrate various business data sources into a scalable system that enhances decision-making across the company.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and manage the internal data infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of CRM, marketing, product, finance, and operational systems

Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for reliable data flows, while maintaining billing data infrastructure and security architecture

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver insights through dashboards and analytics for executive leadership

##### Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, preferably supporting GTM or business functions

Proficiency in Python, strong SQL skills, and experience with modern data stack tools like BigQuery and dbt

Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, containerization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines

Experience in managing data integrations across platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot

Familiarity with financial data and regulatory considerations related to sensitive information
