**About the Role**

As a **Data Engineer**, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and analytical solutions that drive business decisions.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about **data engineering, ETL development, and analytics**, who enjoys transforming raw data into actionable insights and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**What You’ll Accomplish Together**

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable data solutions, support analytical needs, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

------------------------

• Design, develop, and maintain **ETL pipelines and data workflows**
• Write and optimize **complex SQL queries** for data extraction and analysis
• Develop and maintain **Tableau dashboards and workbooks**
• Build **automated data solutions** to improve efficiency and scalability
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize **data pipelines and jobs performance**
• Perform **ad hoc data analysis** to support business needs
• Query and analyze datasets to answer **business questions and investigations**
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to define **metrics and KPIs**
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems

**Required Skills & Experience**

• Strong experience in **ETL development and data pipeline design**
• Advanced proficiency in **SQL (e.g., joins, aggregations, window functions like PARTITION BY, UNION ALL)**
• Experience with **data analysis and data investigation**
• Hands-on experience with **Tableau**
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (clear and concise)
• High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

**Nice to Have**

• Experience with **AWS services** (CloudWatch, Lambda, EMR, Athena)
• Experience working in **cloud-based data environments**
• Exposure to **automation and performance tuning**
• Experience working in **Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)**
• Experience collaborating with **remote or distributed teams**
