**Title:** Data Entry Clerk

**Reports to:** Production Supervisors and Production Repack Manager

**Based at:** Mucci Pac Ltd., Kingsville, Ontario

**Type of Employment:** Full time, permanent, 6-days a week, and potentially extended hours depending on workload and priorities; which could include possible Sunday shifts (unless stipulated otherwise in offer of employment).

**Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**

• Record time studies of completed jobs by the Repack team.
• Enter data into the Famous system and record on the paper accurately.
• Creates appropriate tags specific to produce on pallets with the information of size, quantity, country of origin, etc.
• Checks and verifies all the input and output tags for discrepancies.
• Attends meetings to discuss about production issues and updates.
• Assists Production Supervisors and Line Leaders with daily ad hoc administrative duties and responsibilities.
• Assists Inventory Control Team and other departments as needed.
• Performs other clerical duties as instructed by the Production Supervisors.
• Tag the output and clean up the paperwork properly.
• Take right sticker and label verify label sheet from label room.
• Ensure all information is complete and accurate.
• To meet and exceed all work standards based on policies, practices and procedures for data processing.
• Send inquiry emails and to do list in timely manner.
• Stay with your line overtime if required.
• Perform other clerical duties as instructed by the Production Supervisor.
• Communicate accurately with line leader, input driver, label room clerk, quality inspector, allocator etc.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

• Ability to communicate effectively (written/oral and spoken) in English.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Microsoft Word and Excel programs specifically
• Knowledge of Famous or a similar software is considered an asset
• Strong understanding of production needs of produce (i.e. cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and egg plant).
• Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Must have strong attention to detail, and the ability to input data accurately
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Excellent attendance.
• Must have the ability to listen, follow directions, and get along with others.
• Strong leadership skills with flexibility to take other responsibilities.

**Physical Abilities:**

• Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs.
• Must be able to lift material regularly up to 14 kg / 30 lbs; and occasionally up to 23 kg / 50lbs
• Must be able to climb stairs and stand on feet for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately 13 ˚C / 55 ˚F.

**Compensation for this role is $18.00/hr.**
