About the role

This is a senior, client-facing role that sits within a fully managed delivery office working across public sector, infrastructure, technology and enterprise clients on both sides of the Tasman.

The scope is deliberately broad. Depending on the engagement, you'll operate as a Project Manager, Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Product Manager — or step up to advise on PMO design, governance, portfolio structuring, prioritisation and funding models. You'll own the cadence, the governance, the vendor relationships and the outcome.

To be successful in this role you will have

• 7+ years delivering complex programmes, with recent AI-enabled or AI-adjacent experience
• Range across delivery disciplines — depth in at least two of: Project Management, RTE, Scrum Master, Product Management
• * Confidence operating above the delivery layer — PMO design, governance, and portfolio structuring
• * Senior certification: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe, CSM/CSPO, ICAgile or equivalent
• AI fluency at the delivery layer — you can hold a view on eval frameworks, model risk and what changes when you can't unit-test the feature
• Experience in public sector or regulated industries — comfortable inside procurement and governance environments
• Exceptional stakeholder management — equally at home in a steerco room and a daily standup
• Sharp, structured written communication — this is non-negotiable
