Supporting marketing and pipeline growth efforts, the full-time Demand Generation Associate will execute campaigns to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities while working remotely in the U.S.

##### Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns across various digital advertising platforms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve lead generation effectiveness
• Assist in audience targeting, segmentation, and the development of campaign materials

##### Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in digital marketing
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce/Pardot
• Understanding of key marketing performance metrics including CTR, CPC, and ROI
