Desktop Support Engineer

Role - EUC Desktop Support.

Location - Irvine, CA.

Type - Full time / Onsite.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills -

• Experience on Core end user technologies such Windows desktop, laptop, MacBook, Tablet, iPad, printer setup, Zebra scanners
• Proficient in Laptops, Desktop, MacBook, iPad and tablet imaging
• Windows 11, MaC OS, Android and iOS

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Imaging of Laptop, Tablets, iPad, MacBook as per the approved Image and ship to the end users
• Ship Return box along with return label to end users for device recovery
• Ship Accessories (Chargers, Scanners, mouse, docking station, cases)
• Manage return devices.
• Receive incoming shipment from FedEx
• Remove devices from box sort out clean devices
• Test and separate out broken devices
• Discard empty box, trash, broken cases
• Clean devices and reimage to redeploy
• Manage Inventory updates – Scan incoming device serial numbers and update inventory
• Support EOL device replacements
• Printer/Scanner configurations
• Coordinate with Vendor for hardware returns / disposal
• Coordinate with vendor for SIM activation/deactivation
• Coordinate for daily device shipments to meet SLA with the customers
• For any urgent /ad hoc shipment request after 3 PM – Drop package at FedEx office before 6PM

Salary Range-$45,000-$55,000 a year
