Job Description
Improving the developer experience and content workflows, the full-time remote Developer Experience & Workflow Engineer will enhance lesson creation processes, automate content operations, and contribute to hands-on training development.
##### Key responsibilities
Identify and eliminate friction in the lesson development process while improving local development environments
Design and implement workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance content quality
Create and refine hands-on lessons, applying best practices in lesson design and secure coding education
##### Required qualifications
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Go, and Bash/shell scripting
Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI-assisted coding tools
Ability to identify inefficiencies in developer workflows and improve operational processes
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Comfortable working independently with loosely defined problems
