Job Description
Managing a high-volume portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts, the fully remote Digital Account Manager will drive customer retention, renewals, and account growth while ensuring clients realize value from services offered.
##### Key responsibilities
Support renewal strategies and execution for a portfolio of low-touch accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for contract and business discussions
Execute scalable customer engagement strategies through digital outreach and proactive communications to monitor customer health trends
##### Required qualifications
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related role
Experience managing renewals, customer retention, or expansion opportunities preferred
Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
MDR or cybersecurity services experience preferred
