Supporting Corning's Digital & Information Technology organization, the full-time Digital Technology Counsel will negotiate and advise on information technology agreements while providing counsel on digital, cybersecurity, data governance, and AI-related matters, with the flexibility to work remotely.

##### Key Responsibilities

Negotiate, draft, and review various information technology-related agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Provide legal advice on digital and information technology matters, including cybersecurity and data governance

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues arising from technology initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations

##### Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction

5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with strong expertise in negotiating and drafting technology agreements

In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to information technology, cybersecurity, and data governance

Experience advising on legal issues involving privacy and regulatory matters in a corporate environment

Interest in emerging legal issues related to AI and digital technologies
